Extraordinary Ministers serve the faith community by distributing the consecrated bread and/or wine to Parishioners during Mass, and to our homebound. Some Ministers conduct Communion Services and visit residents in nursing homes.

Extraordinary Ministers must:
 

• Must be exemplary Catholics and 18 years of age or older

• Must have a strong devotion to and love for Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament

• Must have received all three (3) Sacraments of Initiation

• Must have a valid marriage (if applicable) in the Roman Catholic Church

All candidates are subject to the approval of the Pastor, and will be asked to attend a 90-minute training session.
