Ministers of the Word proclaim Scripture readings to the assembled faith

community during the Liturgy. All Parishioners are welcome to be Lectors. Individual training is provided:

 Requirements​

• Must be exemplary Catholics and 18 years of age or older

• Must have received the Sacraments of Initiation

• Must have a valid marriage (if applicable) in the Roman Catholic Church

• Must be able to proclaim Scripture with correct pronunciation and in a clear voice
