	Parish Meeting Room in the Rectory Basement 7:00–8:00PM Wednesday, September 8 Tuesday, September 14 Thursday, September 16	Fees 2nd, 3rd & 4th Grades: $125.00 5th thru Eighth Grades: $165.00 9th thru 12th Grades: $165.00 Family Max: $375.00

Fill out and bring 4 stapled copies of the registration form to registration night. Fill out and bring 1 copy of the release form to registration night. Make checks for CYO fees (see above for fee schedule) to Saint Andrew CYO and bring to registration night. Or you can drop off or mail all of the above to the attention of Gary Lumpkin at the Saint Andrew Catholic Education Center, 51 Wrights Road, Newtown, PA 18940.

Sponsors Name or Company Name will be placed on our sponsorship banner and hung in our Gym the entire basketball season. We greatly appreciate your sponsorship, as all funds (along with our registration fees) go directly to the basketball program to help offset the costs of league fees, uniforms, referee fees and outside gym fees.

To provide for every Parish Child who wants to play basketball a team and the opportunity to do so.
To teach the fundamentals of the sport in a safe, fun, and inclusive atmosphere.
To provide an environment where the lessons of commitment, character, and teamwork are stressed; and a philosophy to “work hard, have fun, and make friends” is encouraged.
To stay true to the philosophies of the Catholic Youth Organization, our Saint Andrew Parish, and our Catholic Faith.
